and Conditions
Orders
We are happy to accept orders via telephone or our
online shop. Please be aware that if you place your order by telephone,
you will need to send a cheque as payment.
Payment
Payment must be made in full prior to orders being despatched. Online
payments can be made by Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron,
Delta or MastercardPayments will appear as "Nochex" on
your card statement. Cheques must be made payable to Unique Beads.
Credit facilities are currently not offered.
Postage
Varies from 60p to £12.00 according to value,
weight and size of package and is calculated automatically by the
shopping cart. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail or courier according
to each customer's preference. No responsibility will be accepted
for damage or loss to parcels if the incorrect postage method has
been selected. International Delivery is set at £10.00.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
Please be aware that
due to the ongoing Royal Mail postal strikes
some orders are taking a lot longer to be delivered than normal
and we are unable to guarantee any
Special Delivery parcels. Any orders placed by 12pm weekdays using
the "Next Day Guaranteed" service will still be posted
the same day, but we can not at this time guarantee that they will
arrive the next day. For this reason we strongly
recommend placing your order with PLENTY
of time to spare.
Costs
£12.00. This service ensures orders placed before 12pm will
be sent the same day via Special Delivery for delivery the following
day. A signature will be required on delivery. Orders placed after
12pm will be despatched via Special Delivery the following day.
Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be despatched on Monday for
delivery Tuesday. Please be aware that this service is subject to
interruptions caused by Bank Holidays and other public holidays
in both Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Product
Descriptions
All products are described as accurately as possible,
including colours and sizes. Where possible we use sizes, codes
and colours as appointed by the relevant manufacturer. Where brand
names are listed, these are genuine items. All semi-precious materials
and precious metals are described as such. We cannot take reponsibility
for colour discrepancies between batches, or for inaccurate colour
representations on computor monitors.
Out of Stock items
Email notification will be sent immediately if we
are out of stock of an item and we can either hold your order until
all items are available,or cancel the out of stock item/s and send
the rest of your order.
Despatch
and Delivery
Please be aware that

Orders
are sent via Royal Mail or courier and p&p varies from 60p to
£15.00. Our online cart will calculate your shipping fees,
although you must select the appropriate method according to your
order value and requirements.
Please
ensure you select the correct shipping method, the SAMPLES ONLY
method is only applicable if you are purchasing samples. If you
add anything else to your order, other than samples, you MUST choose
another payment method. Please be aware that failure to do so will
result in your order being held until the outstanding postage is
paid.
If
your package is not properly insured, you will only be able to claim
up to £32 of the value back in the event of loss or damage
- we cannot be held responsible for any packages sent without appropriate
insurance. Please be aware that we cannot claim for lost parcels
until 15 working days from the date of despatch have passed.
Returns
and Refunds
We will refund the value of any products returned
to us within 7 days. We must be informed within 48 hours that the
items are being returned. Postage fees and Next Day Delivery charges
will not be refunded. Items must be returned in secure packaging,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are damaged due
to inappropriate packaging. Any wholesale packs that have seals
must be returned with the seal intact. Packages with broken seals
will not be refunded.
Privacy Policy
Unique Beads collects only imformation required to
process your order and this will not be shared with any third parties.
You will not be contacted by us again unless you have registered
for our newsletter. At anytime you can unsubscribe from the newsletter
by clicking on the unsubscribe link. Any information that you have
supplied to us will be kept in a safe and secure location until
it is not longer required, after which time it will disposed of
in an appropriate manner.
