Information
Do
you produce a catalogue?
Currently we do not
produce a printed catalogue. All of our products can be viewed online,
with detailed images, descriptions and prices. We hope to be able
to offer our clients a catalogue in the future.
How
do I place an order?
Please browse our website
and order any items you require by clicking the "Add to Basket"
button next to that item. We use Roman Cart to process our online
orders, and once you have finished shopping you will be able to
chose whether you want to pay via credit card, Paypal or cheque.
We do recommend using your credit card as this ensures a prompt
transaction and despatch of goods.
Do
I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes you do in order to ensure
your goods are sent promptly. No orders are sent until payment has
been received.
How
do I make a payment?
You will be able to chose whether you want to pay via credit card,
Paypal or cheque. Credit card payments are taken via our secure
server, provided by Nochex and the transaction will show on your
statement as "Nochex".

If you wish to pay by cheque, please make
sure it reaches us within 7 days of placing your order. If your
cheque is not recieved within 7 days, your items will be returned
to stock and you will need to place your order again.
How
much is postage and packaging?
All orders are sent via Royal
Mail or Courier and p&p varies from 60p to £15.00. Our
online cart will calculate your shipping fees, although you must
select the appropriate method according to your order value. If
your order comes to more than £32, you must select Special
Delivery as your shipping method, please be aware that this only
relates to the insurance on the parcel and does not guarantee immediate
despatch. If you have an urgent requirement please choose our guaranteed
Next Day Delivery service. If your package is not properly insured,
you will only be able to claim up to £32 of the value back
in the event of loss or damage - we cannot be held responsible for
any packages sent without appropriate insurance. International
shipping is a flat rate of £10.00, this includes Republic
of Ireland
How
long do you take to deliver?
All orders will be despatched
within 7 days of payment being received although we always try to
send orders as soon as possible. If for any reason we cannot fulfill
your order due to low stock levels, you will be informed immediately.
We will provide an estimated delivery date where possible, but will
also offer a full refund should you decide the new date is unacceptable.
Do you offer
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?
We do offer Next Day Delivery, subject to certain conditions. This
service costs £10.00. Next Day Delivery orders will be posted
the same day as long as payment is received in full by 12pm. Orders
received after 12pm will be posted the following working day. Your
order will be sent via Special Delivery to guarantee overnight delivery
and a signature will be required on its arrival.
What
happens if I change my mind?
We will offer a full refund
on any items (minus p&p) should you change your mind. Please notify
us immediately and return the items in their original condition
and packaging, and unused within 7 days, in order to receive your
refund.
What
happens if my item is faulty?
We take great care to ensure
every one of our products reaches you in perfect condition. However
in the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will offer a full
refund or exchange, as long as the fault/error is reported immediately
and the items returned within 7days.
